Lloyds Eco Home Reward
Lloyds Bank customers taking out a new mortgage, additional borrowing, or switching to a new deal after 31 July 2024 may be eligible for this offer. The home improvement must be completed within 12 months of your mortgage application or deal change.
Alongside the £2,000 cashback, customers with Lloyds Bank products — including mortgages, savings, investments, or insurance — can also receive a £100 energy credit when they install a heat pump through Octopus.

Barclays Greener Home Reward
The Greener Home Reward is available exclusively to Barclays residential mortgage customers and limited to one claim per mortgage. To qualify, the property must be your main residence, and the installation must be carried out by a TrustMark-approved installer.
Cashback will be paid into the same account used for mortgage payments, 30 days after installation. You’ll need to submit your claim within three months of making the final payment for your installation.

Halifax
Halifax mortgage customers applying for a new mortgage, additional borrowing, or switching to a new deal after 31 July 2024 may be eligible for this offer.

Santander
Santander customers may qualify for the Greener Homes cashback if they apply for additional borrowing specifically for energy-efficient home upgrades, or if they take out a home improvement loan as an existing mortgage or personal current account holder.
The improvements must be carried out at the property linked to the mortgage or current account.
